Beginning in 1997, Fairbanks Republican Women Federated established an award to recognize an outstanding member.
The honoree has been found to be a leader in promoting the Republican cause either directly through our local club, the county, state or national level, or has participated in the community in such a way as to bring positive attention to the ideals of the Republican Party. She has conducted herself in such a way as to bring pride and honor to our organization.
